The aim of this project was to make an ordinary office space, in to an innovative work place, for talented people who spend most of their time in here. New Zulu Alpha Kilo headquarters are designed in Beaux Lane House which is strategically located in the heart of Dublin's traditional Central Business District, just off St. Stephen's Green. After analysing it closely and finding the reasons of stress at work the main goal was to get rid of the stressful situations, by adding tools with will help to take the pressure of the people who work there. Installing areas for free communication, watching tv, playing some games, is important for making the team playful and regenerated for fresh brand new ideas. Having a meditation area, yoga class, library and a massage space is important to make those panic attacks go away, which are so common in these days. The most important part of the project, to make people who are going to be working in there, to feel, safe and relaxed. To take as much stress out of their work day as possible.
