Bear

Bear is a product aimed for new-born babies up to six months. It acts as a helping hand to the parent by offering adjustment and monitoring of the baby’s temperature.

Bear consists of two separate products:

1. the attachable sun hood which is a double-sided material, internal layer is reflective, and the external layer is waterproof.

2. An ergonomic sleep mat and anti-flat head pillow reducing the risk of plagiocephaly. The sleeping mat encloses the heat pads and the thermistor inside. The temperature readings are then displayed on the 40mm LCD screen located on the pram frame.

The thermistor reads the ambient temperature inside the pram which is aimed to be 22°C for a young baby. The parents can decide if they need to attach the sun hood which cools the temperature within the pram, or if they need to heat the environment temperature to benefit the baby.
