Ónos

The focus of this project centred around the issues migrants face after they have been driven from their home countries and in particular the issues faced by migrants seeking asylum in Ireland.

Ónos is a product that can be used as Ireland’s way to demonstrate that we welcome new cultures and nationalities and want to engage with different ethnicities in a way that brings people together. Using Ónos to prepare and serve different cuisines from around the world is a natural way to unify cultures and encourage integration.

The design of Ónos ensures that the traditional aspects of tagine cooking are experienced in a modern way. Versatile features included in the design of Ónos maximise the functionality of this cultural cooking product and make this product an essential culinary utensil in any kitchen.
