Stack

The main aim of the stack system is to streamline a hospital clinic system into as few steps as possible for the patient. This is done by combining patient glucometer data as well as a blood pressure test and a short questionnaire. This data is then processed, and a dynamic decision made for the patient as to whether or not a full clinic visit is needed or if it would be suitable for them skip ahead through unnecessary steps in order to save themselves time and the hospital resources and money.

Simultaneously Stack aims to provide the patients with an interaction point within the clinic to keep up the clinic up to date with their current situation through the profile section as well as the questionnaire.
