Social Fusion in Arnotts

Social Fusion is the celebration of social gatherings and events. The concept was to establish Arnotts as a destination where social occasion and celebration are fused as one. As Social Fusion is a celebration of culture and colour, my window display was focused on print, colour, textiles, weaving and culture. The aim was to create a colourful window display that catches the eye by the use of weaving patterns to emulate a cultural theme. I decided to suspend large hoops that would hang to the rear of the window, with a board to the left-hand side which would display scarfs. However, I wanted the mannequin to be the main focal point and positioned her at the front in bright colourful clothing. Overall, I wanted my window to represent colour, fun and culture.
