Darragh Laide

Darragh Laide is in his final year of the BA (Hons) in Drama (Performance) at TU Dublin Conservatoire, graduating in 2025.

His recent stage work includes A Day in May (Dir: Veronica Coburn) and Second Person Narrative by Jemma Kennedy, in which he played the roles of Official and Photographer (Dir: Andrea Basquille).

On screen, Darragh has appeared in several short films including Still Thinking (2024, Dir: Guilherme Aranha), Red (2023, Dir: Oisín Moroney), and Magnets (2021, Dir: Mel Larkin).

He holds IDCA certification in unarmed stage combat and has also trained in rapier & dagger. His movement training includes work with Ella Clarke. In addition to his acting and physical theatre skills, he plays classical guitar to Grade 5 level.
