Kyle Laing is in his final year of the BA (Hons) in Drama (Performance) at TU Dublin Conservatoire.
His recent stage work includes Sweeney Todd (Dir: Séimí Campbell), A Day in May (Dir: Veronica Coburn), The Tinker and the Fairy (Dir: Peter McDermott), Second Person Narrative (Dir: Andrea Basquille), Most Peculiar Dreams (Dir: Juliet Hill), King Lear (Dir: Ciara L. Murphy), and katzenmusik (Dir: Charlotte Tiernan). He also appeared as a supernumerary in Salome at Irish National Opera (Dir: Bruno Ravella).
On screen, Kyle has performed in This is Not Gospel (Dir: Vinny Murphy) and Every Five Miles (Dir: Vincent Lambe).
He is trained in unarmed stage combat (IDCA certified) and rapier & dagger. He has received movement training with Ella Clarke and vocal training with Toni Walsh, Derval O’Sullivan, and Stephen Wallace.
Additional skills include swimming, rowing, set design, directing, and a working knowledge of German.
