Throughout my four years of study, I've delved into every area of filmmaking, managing to mix personal enjoyment and self-expression into each project, from our first year spent in lockdown where we worked independently to directing my first short film, I always put my creativity into each project I took on. I am proud of who I have become in the last four years, each year learning more than the one before influenced by my lecturers and the classmates I have had the pleasure of surrounding myself with over these years. My short film Magpie is the result of these four years, and I am proud of its achievements- having won Best Picture at the Dublin University Film Festival and nominated as a Semi-Finalist in the Silver Screen Film Festival I am excited to see where it goes. I am also excited to work on my next film and I hope I am privileged enough to continue working with my talented friends on this endeavour.
