I am a filmmaker and photographer from Dublin. I have a passion for Writing, Directing, Cinematography and Editing as well as photography and other design work. I am graduating from Film and Broadcasting in TU Dublin, where I collected a range of skills for many different forms of media including working with professional camera and sound equipment, editing and animation software and a knowledge of both narrative and documentary filmmaking.
I am extremely passionate about filmmaking and the main aspects I want to pursue are Director, DOP, Writer, Editor and Producer.
Small Change (Director Hanaa Janahi)
– Editor
TV Night! (Director Carrie McDaid)
– Editor
This film was experimental in its script and shooting stage, so I tried to honour the intentions to create a surreal and disorientating edit. I took inspiration from filmmakers like Harmony Korine, to purposefully break continuity and create a strange flow where characters talk over themselves and scenes blend into each other.
My main goal for this project was to create a balance between anticipation and comedy, As the tension rises and we approach the climax, we are often met with sitcom style banter and the edit needed to create the underlying anxiety within that. The disjointed edit creates a world in where you don’t know what happens next.
The Adoration Sisters (Documentary | Director Caoimhe Leach)
– Camera Operator
