My name is Laurence McLoughlin. I am a final year student of Film & Broadcasting, specialising in Documentary Production. I am very proud to have been a part of the documentaries we have made as a class over the last two years and to tell real life stories on screen. We were a small class of documentary makers but together we put forward and produced a broad range of ideas and stories. My roles on our final year documentaries were sound recordist on Ali Bushe’s Hands of Dublin, and camera operator on Reto Siegenthaler’s Mind The Box and Aoife Platt’s The Tricolour. I have a passion for cameras which I hope to ‘focus’ on going forward!
