Meaghan Duffy

Hi! My name is Meaghan Duffy, I am a filmmaker in TU Dublin with a particular interest in screenwriting and directing! I’ve had a love for creative writing all my life and found that I really enjoy translating the stories in my head into screenplays, and then onto the screen. It’s extremely rewarding seeing your hard work as a finished film, and as a director it's so fun to work with an amazing team that help bring your vision to life! I have been lucky enough to direct two films during my time in TUD, ‘The Demonic Dilemma’ in 2023, and ‘Mixed Signals’ in 2025! Alongside this, I have done numerous jobs on sets, such as producing, 1st assistant directing, art department, camera operator, and boom operator, so I have gotten a taste of some the important departments on a set and thoroughly enjoyed them all!
