Magpie intertwines the lives of Maude, a recluse kleptomaniac and Audrey her OCD carer. Both women are burdened by their conditions, but these two isolated souls find comfort in each other and as the film progresses and unlikely kinship is formed. Underscoring the healing powers of empathy.
