Walk In My Shoes is a coming-of-age tale which follows best friends Daisy and Alex as they come to terms with growing up. The pair are opposites- Daisy wants to hold onto her childhood, while Alex is obsessed with “growing up”. Their differences come to a head when Alex brings Daisy to his college girlfriend’s house party, which introduces Daisy to the world of drinking, drugs, and partying. Over the course of the night, Alex and Daisy are confronted with the pressure to grow up that we all experience as teenagers.
Inspired by true events, our team wanted to show truthful and authentic film making. We wanted to create an aesthetically pleasing film which everyone can relate to as we all accept and acknowledge our own loss of innocence.
