Hi! I’m Nick, I work mainly as a programmer as well as level and system designer on games. I particularly enjoy the process of tutorialization and introducing and teaching mechanics to players as well as guiding the player through non-direct implicit means. During these last four years I have learned so much about the game making process in all aspects such as design, code, visuals and more and have gained a deep love for making games. These creations allow me to express thoughts and ideas, and I have grown to love this process. Throughout my studies I have also been recognised for my work for different projects. In 2023 I had showcased Deadlocked_ at Dublin Comic Con where I had worked as a level designer and programmer. I have also been a two-time exhibitionist at the Aalto University’s Games Now exhibition in Finland for the games Folamh (2024), and CUBE^6 (2025), where I worked as a system designer and programmer. This year I was also runner-up for the Best Student Game Award hosted by IMIRT(Irish Game Makers Association) for my work in mini-game design and programming.
