I’m Dagmara Siewert, an interior design graduate driven by a deep interest in how spaces shape human experience. I’m especially drawn to hospitality design because it blends atmosphere, storytelling, and functionality in a way that feels both creative and purposeful. I love exploring how lighting, materials, and spatial flow can influence mood and create memorable moments for guests. My studies have strengthened my technical foundation, but it’s my curiosity and sensitivity to detail that guide my design approach. I’m eager to continue developing my skills in environments where comfort, identity, and innovation intersect. Ultimately, I hope to contribute to hospitality spaces that feel immersive, thoughtful, and emotionally resonant.
GinWorth is a contemporary botanical gin distillery that reimagines the historic Player Wills Factory as a space of craft, culture, and sensory experience. The project transforms the former industrial building while preserving its architectural character, such as exposed brick and generous factory volumes, which become the foundation for a new identity rooted in tradition and innovation. The design draws inspiration from the sculptural forms of copper pot stills, translating their curves and warm metallic tones into spatial elements, lighting, and material choices. Botanical motifs guide the interior atmosphere, reflecting the distillery’s focus on natural ingredients and artisanal production. GinWorth positions itself as a destination where heritage meets modern craft, celebrating the journey from raw botanicals to refined spirit within a space that honours the past while shaping a contemporary narrative.
