Usit hub and Accommodation

In Dublin's heart, just south of the Liffey River near O'Connell Bridge, stands the newly revamped Usit hub and accommodation at Ballast House and 17 Westmoreland Street. Inside, the ground floor welcomes you with a colourful reception and spacious lounge, while a café beckons nearby and the Usit Hub stands proudly to the left, adorned with interior design inspired by the colours of the Usit logo. Above, a bright yellow Travel accessories shop awaits on the mezzanine. Descend to find a sleek cinema and vibrant gym in the basement, while the first floor offers modern offices, private study pods, a serene meditation room, a library, and a courtyard. The second floor features a dynamic group study area and breakout space, along with conference rooms. Higher up, the third and fourth floors house energetic guest bedrooms and the top floor boasts a stylish bar and rooftop terrace with city views. Inspired by Ballast House's quoin pattern and Usit's vivid colours on their website, the design concept and colour palette foster a unified visual appeal that connects all the different facilities within the building.
