HAZO HOUSE – Co-Working Space

The aim of this project is to transform this new building into a fully functional co-working space. This is an integrated cafe based on the concept of a 'shared office' which provides a quiet atmosphere for working and studying.

Concept derives from inspiration of digital nomads who work remotely aroung the globe. The demand of shared office grows rapidly when most of the entrepreneurs have propensity to unwind compulsory on site working.

Urban regeneration and more and more traditional office buildings are transforming into space-efficient flexible spaces.

The biggest difference between a shared office and a traditional office is the development and utilisation of space and the additional empowerment, in addition to the maximum integration of human resources: exchange of experiences and expansion of contacts in a shared space.
