With cities facing rising temperatures world-wide, the push to travel in a sustainable and environmentally driven way is growing. For many, this includes cycling as a means of commute. However, its these cyclists that are severely impacted by the heat. This includes dehydration, fatigue, excessive perspiration and more. The lack of shower facilities in workplaces and hassle of carrying extra clothing proves to be a deterrent to anyone considering changing their mode of transport.

Niveo is a small, wearable device designed to keep the user cool and help manage the effects of overheating.it consists of a Peltier plate which dramatically cools the surface temperature of the exposed aluminium plate. Niveo is placed onto the top of the user's spine and focusses the cold surface area on particularly sensitive, shallow nerves. This provides the user with a cooling sensation and aid them in maintaining a comfortable status.
