The project focuses on preventing long term musculoskeletal disorders within the electrical trade which occur through prolonged occupational kneeling while working on low electrical outlets and other low tasks. The final product is a multifunctional toolbox which provides support for the user through a swivel seat and space for tool storage. To eliminate repetitive standing and kneeling the product is on wheels allowing the user to easily move from task to task. Ensuring stability while the user works on electrical tasks the wheels can be locked and unlocked. The product offers three areas of tool storage and a small worktop above these. To make portability and storage of the product easier the toolbox and seat can be detached from the base using clasps.
