I’m a product designer who believes in the power of connection between people, ideas, and the planet. My work is rooted in sustainability and guided by a strong sense of visual storytelling, influenced by my passions for photography and art. I approach design not just as a tool for problem-solving, but as a way to create meaningful, responsible experiences that reflect shared values and environments.
Photography allows me to observe and document the world with empathy, while art inspires and allows me to experiment with emotional depth in all my work. I’m especially passionate about projects that bring people together, foster dialogue, and make a positive impact.
For me, design is both personal and collaborative—an ongoing conversation shaped by curiosity, collaboration, and creativity. I’m excited to share my journey and connect with others through this exhibition.
OptiDrive is a user-centered design solution aimed at enhancing safety, accountability, and communication for public bus drivers. Developed in response to rising incidents of aggression and antisocial behavior against drivers, the device serves as both a deterrent and a documentation tool. Drawing on extensive primary and secondary research, the camera integrates ergonomic design, real-time video and audio recording and durable, wearable construction. It helps document incidents, protect drivers from false accusations, and encourage respectful interactions between drivers and passengers. The project prioritizes the drivers' mental and physical well-being while also addressing gaps in current security measures, such as ineffective CCTV and management support. This innovative camera was developed through benchmarking, stakeholder feedback, and rapid prototyping, resulting in a device tailored specifically to the demands of public transport environments. Ultimately, the design seeks to foster a safer, more supportive working experience for bus operators.
