Algae suffocate lakes and kill all wildlife within the waterbody. It is toxic to humans and pets, therefore the waterbodies cannot be used recreationally. This has destroyed several people's livelihoods. Agrilite has been created to help prevent algae run off it also reduces costing for farmers and helps achieve a higher grassland yield. The soil nutrient monitor analysis of soil parameters such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium which are all essential in grassland growth for livestock farming. Agrilite informs farmers of the amount, location and when to put fertiliser down for optimum absorption and leaching prevention.
