Diabetes is a growing concern worldwide, putting cost and stress on healthcare institutions. 

Children rely on their parents, and as they grow and develop with this disease, they require the tools to assist in their daily challenges, which currently aren’t specifically conformed to children and their needs. 

The Ject-In Junior is a pediatric insulin pen, designed to provide comfort and control with large and simple features accommodating for children’s smaller hands and unfamiliarity as they learn to manage diabetes independently and confidently. 

The product’s mechanism is spring loaded, allowing for easier and less painful injections, the overall form is designed with children’s smaller hands in mind supporting the young children as they begin managing their diabetes independently.
