Wordless Narrative

Luna is a story about a puppy farm hidden away in the countryside of Ireland. Luna is a poodle who has lived out her years as a breeding dog on this farm. Year after year she has puppies, which then are taken from her to be sold. One night she decides to escape and find the unconditional love she truly deserves.

The aim of this book is to tell her story and spread awareness about the cruelty involved with puppy farming. The central issue this book explores is the puppy farm trade in Ireland and the ignorance surrounding purchasing puppies online, without knowing where they truly come from. A wordless narrative is a perfect way to demonstrate these issues and act as the voice for dogs in these situations and hopefully make a difference.
