My name is Ali Bushe and I am a 23-year-old, soon to be Film and Broadcasting graduate. As a kid, I always had an interest in capturing moments on camera through both photography and video, but never thought it would end of being the focus of my career. I started making weird little YouTube videos when I was 16, and it was this that introduced me to my love for editing. I found so much enjoyment in taking sequence of very normal moments and turning them into something new. Whether it was comedy or dramatic eIect, the ability to change a moment after it happened really excited me. This is when I made the decision to pursue my creative side in college and I have now been working as a video editor for content creators for 5 years now! I am so grateful for this course for introducing me to so many diIerent aspects of filmmaking that I wouldn’t have had the chance to familiarise myself with otherwise. I look forward to taking everything I’ve learned in the past 4 years into my work and plans for the future
