Hi, my name is Sinead Naughton and this year (2026) I am graduating from TUD Film and Broadcasting. Over the course of my studies, I have learned a great deal. I have taken on a variety of roles throughout the productions we have made and I have thoroughly enjoyed each of them. My knowledge of the practice and theory of film and the film industry has grown immensely and I hope to continue to learn. I personally have a great interest in production design and art direction. The way in which the props, sets, and costumes can build the world and narrative of a piece cannot be understated. I have taken on the role of production designer many times over the past four years and have always found it engaging. Designing the visual aspects of a film is never easy, especially on a tight budget but I always find it a worthy and engrossing challenge. I have a passion for storytelling and have written many scripts which have received high marks. The build of a narrative is just as much in its writing as it is in the visual execution and I hope to continue to write into the future.
