I am Lyudmyla, an Interior Design and Furniture graduate with a passion for creating harmonious, functional, safe and visually appealing internal spaces. I am deeply convinced that changes in our surroundings influence our inner world. Therefore, I set a high value on creating a special and unique atmosphere which reflects people's needs and personality. Interior design is my second education, and it arose through my interest in mixing colours to produce original patterns. My aim is always to create a new harmony - a work consisting of many individual parts working well together and forming a new balanced whole.
Harmonies. Detox & Spa Hotel
The goal of this project was to design a detox environment, with the interior set up to guide this process. The detox spa hotel offers light therapy rooms, crystal and herbal saunas, mineral basins, and much more for mental, physical, and emotional detox. The concept is based on the ancient knowledge of four elements, which are part of our body - fire, water, earth, and air. The design of each hotel area is set in style of one of the four elements, using color schemes, forms, and materials associated with them.
The hotel building itself is situated in Howth. A magnificent view of the sea and its calming sounds helps guests to recharge batteries and take a break from life’s challenges. This is achieved through sunny balconies, light-flooded rooms, lounges, cafes and a restaurant. A separate Spa area for ladies is dedicated to women’s emotional well-being and provides a safe and comforting atmosphere.
