Elli Branigan

My name is Elli Branigan. I am a mutildisciplinary designer and artist based in Baltray, County Louth. Is Gaeilgóir mé agus creidim go bfhuil sé de dualgais orm mo theanga a cur chun cinn i mo chuid oibre sa thodhchaí!
My abilities span typography, print and publication design, illustration and experience design, with plenty in between! I have a sentimental nature and enjoy collecting ephemera and memorabilia, documenting, capturing, which is reflected in my work.
I love to read and write, which means I am particularly interested in conceptual development and enjoy making research-based, thoughtful responses to design briefs, allowing me to create beautiful things that honour their true nature.
I had the pleasure to create alongside a team of fellow Viscom students and best buddies, Cristina, Hannah and Justina, to build the identity for GradX 2026 that you see across this site.

Feeling Anxious?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a practical skills-based approach designed to manage stress, anxiety and emotional overwhelm more effectively. Much of the healing and coping process comes from trial and error, struggling and overcoming. This is where your brain builds the positive pathways which allow regulation and balanced thought.
Long wait times for university mental health services can often delay the opportunity to receive support and reassurance from a mental health professional. The longer symptoms of anxiety go unaddressed, the more negative feedback loops can form, inhibiting the recovery of the individual suffering from symptoms of anxiety.
This three book package can meet students where they’re at, providing a pack of self-directed CBT strategies to combat anxiety. Set out to reduce the ambiguity of anxiety symptoms by equipping students with CBT techniques, which will assist them in independently regulating their emotions, acting as a stepping stone between an appointment request and being seen by a counsellor.
