I am a Visual Communication student based in Dublin with a strong interest in brand identity, moving image, and visual storytelling. My work focuses on creating visually engaging design that combines clear communication with atmosphere and emotion. I enjoy exploring how branding, typography, colour, and motion can shape the way people connect with ideas and experiences. Alongside identity design, I am interested in socially driven projects that reflect contemporary issues and everyday behaviour. Through both digital and print media, I aim to create work that feels thoughtful, visually impactful, and relevant to modern audiences.
Bluelight is a moving image project exploring the effects of screen dependency and blue light exposure on children within modern family life. The project focuses on how digital devices have become a normalised form of convenience, often replacing attention, interaction, and rest. Through cold blue tones, isolated environments, and cinematic pacing, the video creates an unsettling atmosphere that reflects emotional distance caused by constant screen use. The project is aimed primarily at parents and encourages awareness of how technology habits can influence younger children both mentally and physically. Combining motion, typography, and visual storytelling, the work presents a balance between familiarity and discomfort to encourage reflection on everyday digital behaviour.
