During my degree, I chose to specialise in documentary film. Being the only documentary student in my year group, I got to develop my skills in several different areas throughout this time. Working mostly alone has meant I have been able to develop my skills as a director, producer, cinematographer, editor, colourist, and many other roles that work together in making a film.
I’ve been lucky enough to have True Wind screened in the Lighthouse Cinema as part of the Dublin International Film Festival’s First Frame program. It also won Film Documentary of the Year in the SMEDIA awards this year.
After college, I hope to work with great filmmakers and production companies on large-scale documentary projects. I’m excited to see what the next chapter brings.
