Pannonia is a conceptual Hungarian restaurant brand inspired by folklore, tradition, and the cultural connection created through food. Rooted in Hungarian heritage and designed for Dublin, the project combines traditional cuisine, storytelling, and folk-inspired visual identity to create a dining experience centred around flavour, ritual, and community.
