1WML
The aim of this design project was to convert 1WML, an office development in the city centre of Dublin, consisting of 6 floors over basement into social housing for young families. Through primary research of the local area and what it has to offer to lower income families, it was clear that the focus has been mostly on business development, which has made the area very expensive to live in, pushing the local residents away.
This project aims to create social housing that fits in with the changing city and help these families feel safe and grow towards a better future.
