StreetSmart
The StreetSmart is a cycling helmet outfitted with a 3D smart camera located on top of the helmet and a visor detail. The camera is outfitted with a CPU using visual recognition software to identify and predict hazards on the roads that would affect cyclists. Upon detection of a hazard the LEDs set in the visor frame would blink accordingly to draw the cyclist’s attention to them. This helmet uses a set of rechargeable Lithium batteries to power the product. The product is activated by flipping the visor into the down position and powered off by flipping the visor up.
